North Jersey Bath Guide is a referral and scheduling service. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors and help arrange estimate visits. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, sell, price, negotiate or contract for home improvement work.
Each contractor is an independent business. The contractor is solely responsible for its estimate, price, contract, deposit terms, permits, workmanship and warranty. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
We ask participating contractors to hold an active New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration and insurance, to provide an itemized written quote, and not to require you to sign during the visit. We check registration and insurance before booking a contractor, but we do not guarantee any contractor's work, price or results.
If a participating contractor we connected you with requires you to sign during the consultation, or does not provide an itemized written quote after the visit, tell us and we will pay you $100 and stop working with that contractor. One payment per household per project.
Our service is free for homeowners. Participating contractors pay us for consultations we arrange.
We provide the service as-is and can't promise that a contractor will be available in your area, that a project fits your budget, or any particular outcome.
