North Jersey Bath Guide ("we") connects homeowners with independent local contractors for bathroom and walk-in shower projects. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you request a consultation, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email, town, whether you own the home, the project you're interested in, your timing and budget range, and your consent choice. We also receive basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your browser type and the page that referred you, including from our advertising.
We share your request with one participating contractor so they can arrange an estimate. We do not sell your information or share your request with multiple contractors. We use service providers to run this website, our forms and our messaging, and they handle your information only to provide those services.
Our service is free for homeowners. Participating contractors pay us for consultations we arrange.
If you agree in the form, we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, using the contact form on our home page.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
